General Rules:

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM (noon) the next day. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

1. Identification: Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport upon check-in. The resort reserves the right to refuse check-in if proper identification is not provided.
2. Payment: Payment for the room must be settled upon check-in. We accept cash and major credit cards.
3. Smoking Policy: Smoking in the room is strictly prohibited. A fine of 1000 rupees will be imposed for smoking in the room. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
4. Pets: If you plan to bring pets, please inform us in advance. There is a charge of 500 rupees per room per day for accommodating pets.
5. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 9pm and 7am to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.
6. Damages: Guests will be held responsible for any damages to the room or resort property caused during their stay.
7. Valuables: Please use the in-room safe for your valuables. The resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
8. Final Admittance: The final admittance to the resort is based on the discretion of the management.

Additional Policies:

1. Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping service is provided on request. Please contact the front desk if you require Additional towels or linens.
2. Room Service: Room service is available from 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM.
3. Maximum Guests per Room: Maximum of 4 guests for suites and large luxury rooms and a maximum of 2 guests for small luxury rooms. Additional guests will be charged extra as applicable.
4. Amenities: Guests are welcome to use all resort amenities such as Swimming Pool, Basketball, Cricket, Volleyball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Caroms, Chess. Any equipment is provided on request based on availability.
5. Cancellation Policy: Any refund of bookings is at the sole discretion of the management.

 

Swimming Pool:

1. The swimming pool is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM for the enjoyment of all our guests.
2. Supervision of Children: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we kindly request that adults accompany children below 12 years of age while using the pool area. While we prioritize the safety and well-being of all our guests, we encourage parents and guardians to provide appropriate supervision and guidance to their children while they enjoy the pool facilities.
3. Lifeguard Availability: Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty at our pool. The responsibility for the safety and well-being of all guests, including children, lies with their respective parents or guardians.
4. Protection of Decorative Items: Many of the statues, artifacts, and decorative items displayed throughout the resort are delicate and not designed for using or leaning upon. Please exercise caution while taking photographs to avoid damaging these items. We kindly request that guests refrain from using on or leaning on these items, as doing so may result in breakage. Any injury sustained in the process is not the responsibility of the resort. Guests will be responsible for covering the cost of repairs or replacements for any artifacts damaged as a result of their actions.
